How to Lose Weight Fast with Flexible Dieting


The truth about successful weight loss

Oftentimes, weight loss is associated with deprivation. Depriving yourself of the food you love so that you can eat loads of bland- tasting foods that are lower in calories. If you really want to Up your game and lose more weight- try adding some trauma by working our for hours each day until you are so tired that you just want to go home and go to bed. This little scenario is far from the truth. "Diet" doesn't have to have a bad rap. Yes, we should choose healthier options and enjoy moderate exercise each day, but it doesn't need to be torturous to be successful. In fact, you can participate in shorter bursts of activity and enjoy more flavorful food and STILL lose weight.... it's so true.





Let's take a look at what flexible dieting is for a minute. Flexible dieting refers to a way of eating that counts macro nutrients like fat, carbs, and proteins INSTEAD of focusing on the number of calories you consume each day. What this means is you can enjoy savory, yet sensible meals without having to count every calorie. Before you release the confetti, I must inform you that you will still have to take into account the number or fat, protein and carbs, at least until you get the hang of what foods will work best for you. This is how you achieve your fitness goals without having to starving yourself.






This means you an have a slice of pizza every now and then without having an anxiety attack or being guilt-stricken. You can actually get a leaner and more toned body without starving yourself. diet is 80% of the results you WANT to achieve. This doesn't mean that the other "20" doesn't matter. It just means that it is not the majority. The other "20" comes from what pulls everything together, like exercise, stress reduction, rest, and proper recovery.




When we look at weight loss we want to look at it from a holistic point of view. This means that successful weight loss is founded on the healthy habits you implement into your daily life- it's a lifestyle. Participating in at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise /week. Getting 7-9 hours of sleep, learning how to manage stress can make of break your diet. For example, let's say you have been working late for the past two weeks; you've been staying late and going in early. You've not been able to sleep well with the stress of the demands at work. although your were crushing your fitness goals last month - lately, you've found yourself struggling to make healthy choices. Your old cravings have come back and your clothes are already feel a it snug. This happens and is also a part of your journey. Embrace it by learning how to better manage stress. Take it as a lesson that will help you the next time something pops up - because it will. Don't give up - you can totally do this. This can help keep cravings at bay because you are more satisfied and ready for those workouts that your will finally have the energy for.
