September is national self-care month. I wanted to help you implement a little personal care into your week. Many of us have so much to do that we can neglect ourselves, if we aren't intentional about our well-being. This challenge is simply to help you put some "me time" into practice for one week.
Here's how to get started:
Print up the planner and write down one thing that you will do each day to care for YOU. Write down any thoughts or ideas that come from these moments. Feel free to share those thoughts with me here or in the community.
