I am sooooooo excited to be able to share my spring fitness challenge with you. If you live in the Northeast like I do , you know we we getting slammed almost every week with snow storms. I looks like we are finally getting the change to enjoy warmer temps. If you are new here and have no clue of who I am. Let me introduce myself. My name is LaTonya Baruc and I am a personal trainer of 17 years. Over the years, I have helped countless people achieve and maintain their fit bodies. Fitness comes in all sizes and shapes- I created this website in order to help more people get fit and live their best life. My approach to fitness is holistic. I don't believe your body can achieve fitness if your mindset is stuck and filled with "stinking thinking". You will see that my fitness challenges are a bit different in this way. so without further ado- let's get this party started.

Foods to avoid:
white potato, white bread, white pasta,
Processed food( ready- to - eat meals
Foods to include:
almonds( unless allergic of course)
Green leafy veggies
Berries( cherries, blueberries, mixed berries
seeds ( Chia, Pumpkin, Flax, etc)
Shop local , in-season produce.
Make a list of your meals for the week and shop what's on your list. this saves money, time and energy. You would be amazed at how MUCH you can actually save this way.
Get at least 8 hours of sleep 8/ night
Journal your eating and thoughts/ day.
Set time aside for yourself each day for self care ( at least 30 minutes)
Note 3 things your are grateful for each/day
