12- Week Walking Plan

Happy New Year !!!!! Now that all of the holiday festivities are over, we are getting back to our wellness goals. Walking is one of the simplest and most effective ways to get moving. What better way to reach your wellness goals, than with a walking plan to help get you started.

You can use this plan for a "fitness snack" and use it twice a day. For example, follow this plan before and after work. This will help you get those steps in, without having to do it all at one time.
