
Pour the cake mix into mixing bowl
Add two large eggs
1 cup of Non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup of Almond milk
Blend until smooth
give it a little check for taste

Pour into cupcake molds ( use liners for easy clean-up) I preheated my oven to 350 degrees. this makes about 16 cupcakes so you will need two pans to make this epic.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until toothpick( or knife) comes out clean.
Now for the frosting
2 cups of sweet potato
1tsp Herseys Dark Chocolate
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
3 tsp Truvia or Coconut sugar
2 tablespoons almond milk
Blend until creamy and smooth.
Once the cupcakes have cooled, place frosting on the cupcakes. Store in an air tight container and leave a couple out to share with the ones you love.
